Purpose

This platform is provided to support structured engagement measurement and organizational improvement.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for legitimate organizational engagement activities.
• Do not attempt to access data beyond your assigned permissions.
• Do not attempt to identify individual respondents or infer identity from results.
• Do not share platform access credentials or bypass platform controls.

Confidentiality and reporting

Individual survey responses are confidential and are not shared with managers or leadership. Results are presented in aggregated form only, using role-based access controls.

Not for individual evaluation

This platform is not used for individual performance evaluation or disciplinary action. Its purpose is organizational learning and improvement.

Access and roles

Access to surveys, reports, and administrative features is determined by platform roles. If you believe you have incorrect access, contact P&C.

Changes

P&C may update survey methodology, reporting standards, or platform features as needed to maintain integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.

Governance

This platform is governed by P&C in partnership with leadership.
